Recruitment is a traditional weakness of startups. Each startup, however, needs to grow in order to attract more talent and financial resources. So what should be improved?

There are two main reasons for the poor recruitment results of startups: outdated recruiting tools, and a lack of experienced recruiters who would help startups avoid unnecessary mistakes.
