Computers replacing recruiters more and more

The next time you apply for a job, whether you will be hired or not may depend on a computer. Computer programs are simply beginning to outperform people in their ability to analyse large amounts of information from CVs, social network profiles and other sources of data on job applicants. Not only can the programs analyse preset parameters, they are also self-learning algorithms, able gradually to improve themselves. They can tell not only if applicants meet basic job requirements but also reveal their personality traits. Moreover, they are able to assess previous recruitment successes and failures by analysing the profiles of successful and unsuccessful candidates.
