Invitation to a free webinar: Post-COVID industrial and social performance

Join a free webinar dedicated to translating global post-pandemic issues into action plans to reorganize the operation of industrial enterprises and increase their performance.

The event will take place on April 22, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Axel PARKHOUSE

Following the COVID pandemic, there will be more technology, more innovation and many more new products. Plant performance will likely see new product ramp-up, increased productivity, implementation of new technology (e.g. smart factory, etc.) and reduction of transportation costs (also because of environmental issues).

However, the trade-off made to continuously multiply production will be reflected in the amount of "chaos" we create in the factories: increased pressure on teams, decreased employee satisfaction & engagement and increased turnover of staff.

CEOs and HR will have to focus more on technology and teams to ensure quality of execution and customer satisfaction.

Webinar: Post-COVID industrial and social performance

The first hour of this webinar will focus on a presentation of 8 different examples of change in various industries, including aeronautics, automotive, healthcare and semiconductors.

This will be followed by 30 minutes of Q&A.

The webinar will be held in English and is free of charge after prior registration:
