Ve čtvrtek 30. července 2020 vešel v Německu v platnost nový Zákon o vysílání pracovníků. Pro české firmy to bude znamenat další povinnosti. Měly by se s novými pravidly důkladně seznámit a respektovat je. Německo totiž v souvislosti s novým zákonem hodlá posílit kontroly.
