2. Do not you set too ambitious goals

It is necessary to start with smaller projects that can bring immediate, visible results, this will help you get a bigger budget for recruitment data analysis.

3. Connect with finance and IT

The experience of your Finance and ITcolleagues in the field of data collection, purification and analysis can be very helpful. Linking  recruitment data with business related data will open up new horizons.

4. Attach a story

Submitting data is not enough. You must be able to describe and explain the  data in the context of the problem you are trying to solve. That is why you need an engaging story. If you are unable to gain anyone's attention, even the best data will be useless.

5. Do not get discouraged

Whenever you try to push something new, you have to be courageous and persistent. Expect setbacks, but do not stop believing that your analysis of the data obtained in the context of recruitment makes sense and can benefit the company.
