"The campaign aims to strengthen the perception of Coca-Cola HBC as an attractive employer and attract young ambitious talents. Jiří Turek and Jana Jabůrková took great pictures of about 50 of our male and female colleagues from all departments of the company. For many, it was their first experience with professional photography and a unique experience," explains Kiriaki Kritidi, Human Resources Director at Coca-Cola HBC Czech Republic and Slovakia.

In the Czech Republic and Slovakia, the photos will be used for the first time for a new round of the company's Management Trainee Programme, when 12 university graduates will be offered a two-year intensive preparation for lower management positions.

The campaign will take the form of visuals in the subway, banners on online platforms and on Facebook, posters, plus personal meetings at universities. The company wants to hire young talents from 1 September 2018.

Photographers Jiří Turek and Jana Jabůrková took the photographs in both the offices and the production plant of Coca-Cola HBC Czech Republic and Slovakia in Prague, Czech Republic. Photos were also taken at the premises of the company's customers in Prague, such as in the Hilton Hotel, the Corleone Pizza Restaurant or the Žabka and Albert supermarkets.
