The European Association for Personnel Management (EAPM) invites HR professionals to participate in the 7th year of the survey titled "Creating People Advantage: The Future of HR in Europe" created in collaboration with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Pieter Haen, member of the association's Steering Committee, informed about it in the current EAPM newsletter.
The survey is the largest survey of its kind worldwide. It focuses on 10 HR topics and assess their added value for the business. These include e.g. the latest trends in HR transformation, reporting and employee training and development.
Participation in the survey is open also for professionals who don't work directly in HR but want to express their opinion on the field. The participants who include their e-mail will immediately receive a selection from existing BCG and EAPM scientific studies and they will be among the first to receive the results of this year's survey.
