Almost a third of young people in the Czech Republic works flexibly

Young people from 25 to 34 years receive the most benefits in the Czech Republic. According to a survey by Platy.cz, a Czech website offering salary analyses for employers and employees on the Czech labour market, 32% of young respondents work flexibly.

More than three quarters of employees (77%) in the Czech Republic received non-financial benefits to their basic salary in 2011. The most common benefits included food vouchers (44%), flexible working hours (26%) and extra vacation days (23%).

Less than one fifth of employees received education as a benefit. Approximately 8 out of every 100 employees are allowed to work from home.
