Platy.cz: Practice can increase salary by almost a third

Starting salary in the Czech Republic is currently 22,716 Czech crowns a month. Employees with two years of experience have an average salary increased by 13% (25,602 CZK). With more years of experience, the salary increases further. The growth driven by practice is stopped after 10 years of service when people earn on average 28% more than they earned at the beginning of their career. These are findings of a survey by Platy.cz, a Czech website offering salary analyses for employers and employees.
