Five years of experience with autistic employees in SAP

Five years ago, SAP launched its unique Autism at work programme to employ people with autistic spectrum disorders and enrich its ranks with new ways of thinking and work performance. Today, SAP employs nearly 150 autistic people in 12 countries worldwide, including the Czech Republic. It has also inspired other multinational companies such as Microsoft, EY or HPE to introduce their own similar programmes.
