Corporate culture is a set of processes, habits and rules within a company. It is reflected both internally and externally, manifesting itself in how employees perceive the company, how the company treats its staff, how internal and external communication is conducted, and what kind of atmosphere prevails at the workplace. Unfortunately, not all corporate cultures are productive and positive. This article focuses on those types which have toxic characteristics that can ultimately undermine both company productivity and employer brand.
