In the last ten years HR has tended to focus only on people’s strong points and pay no attention to their weaknesses. Most HR professionals will avoid using the word “weakness” altogether and some companies wish to dispense with any kind of negative feedback. However, focusing solely on strengths is not necessarily a good thing. Why?
